Worked there for 2 1/2 years. The staff and clients are wonderful to work for and with. The problem is the owner, He is, in a word, CHEAP. He'll pay you minimum wage, frequently asks staff to come to "Mandatory Meetings" without pay to you for your time, gas, etc. He demands that you purchase his "Refuge House" T-Shirts at $10.00 a pop, and have to order two... which YOU have to pay. This winter, he demanded that employees, purchase hooded sweatshirts, at $20.00 again YOU HAVE TO BUY. He buys the cheapest food for this cline... read more
