waa having a beer at sail master tavern n a older lady in her sixies with small dog was walking up n down the main gangway being overly loud n quite mean to little frank her small black n white foxy.then it was near realestate office abusing a coffee shop employee for using the marina toilet.im told u will hear her b4 u see her n the locals who dont want to deal with her make themselves scarce,i understand why the other marinas are full to capacity yet refuge cove isnt l.lmao.other then her the place would get 5*.
What a lovely place. Really nice restaurants and coffee shops very close by and beautiful place to keep your boat.
