I saw Barry McGarrah for over two years at Refuge until I was priced out of services. There were several increases of services, until about a month ago there was another 41% increase of services for cash only pay, pricing Refuge's services above average cash pay services that are comparable in the area. Barry had also promised me that I could continue coming to see him, which had turned out to be a lie.
