This gym is great! Wonderful trainers, great environment and community, and the workouts are great! Very thankful for the team at Refuge and Strength Fitness for welcoming me into the family! Shoutout to Chris for leading the 5:00 am class with positive energy and attitude that early in the morning!
A great place to get a good workout and fellowship, uplifting and encouraging each other great group of people. Its one of the best parts of my day!!!!
