I did the Intro to pole class with a group of friends. Our instructor was Hope. One of my friends was clearly struggling lifting herself, leg placement, and gripping the pole. Hope unfortunately was not accommodating to her abilities and continued to instruct everyone to try more and more advanced moves. Never once did our instructor show her something easier to practice. Such an amazing space and community of people!! I was traveling with my spirals workshops and got to visit Refuge. I will make it a point to stop here everything im through! The owner is so sweet and helpful!

My eight year old daughter and three friends had a wonderful private lesson with Rebecca. She was incredibly talented, a patient and thorough teacher. Was very happy with our class. Would love to return.
