Small, quiet gym atmosphere. Very laid back and relaxed. For the most part, I would highly recommend it to anyone who works odd hours and might need to workout at odd hours of the night. The owner Joy is the sweetest, all in all, everyone is very kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you sign up. It’s like your own little gym family. You won’t find that signing up for overly crowded mainstream gym companies.

Very clean with 24 hour access. Price is very reasonable. Has just about everything you would need to get a great workout. The owner says they are making a list of what to order next and I have asked for some heavier kettle bells and a trainer barbell (15 lb) for my son who is just starting out. The owners (Jason and Joy) are great and easy to talk to. Joy also does personal training if you need or want that.
