When I first joined Refuel, I told Jersey I didn’t have any specific goals. I just wanted to move my body and learn the movements correctly. I love Refuel Bootcamp. It is a place that embraces everyone-no matter where you are starting in your fitness journey. I have made so many friends and getting up for early classes is a joy not a chore. I feel stronger and the results have been above what I expected.
