Refuah Wellness Center is a really great option, especially for a gym covered through insurance programs. The place is clean, welcoming, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is helpful, the equipment is well maintained, and it never feels overwhelming or uncomfortable. It’s a great environment for people trying to improve their health in a realistic and sustainable way. Definitely a huge plus that insurance helps cover it too.
