Update: apparently the shop has a new owner because he responded very nicely to my previous review. Therefore, I would give this shop another try. I am increasing my rating to 3 because of his response. The rest below is the old review based upon the previous owner. I put a lot of value in a business person who can keep their word, and this was a big disappointment. I asked if I could drop my bike off after work, and informed him of the distance I had to travel. A very nice place to do business!!! HONEST and competent work. Will definitely deal with these people again concerning my Harley and recommend to everybody!!!
