After the repair tech did not show up THREE TIMES as scheduled (Monday between 1 and 4; Tuesday between 1 and 4; Thursday between 11 and 2:00) ......with a different excuse each time.......I gave up. I am only about a mile from this business but I will call another company to repair my refrigerator. How unprofessional!
