Skip this awful, irresponsible and outrageous company. They no-showed for two appointments, both having a 3-hour window. "Car broke down", and "heavy traffic" were the excuses, but no one called to tell me. On the 3rd try he promised the 1st appointment of the day. He still showed up 50 minutes late, walked in and said, "Oh, it's a WineMate. You just need a new one; they're $1000."
