The person I dealt with was not a man of his word.
when I deliver product there there is always 2 or 3dock doors open. Yes I was early 2 to 4 hrs early to my appointment time. but they will not take you in no matter how many doors are open. I have checked in forklift drivers are just sitting there doing nothing and lots of doors open but will not unload the product off my trailer. IF I HAVE THIS MUCH PROBLEM TO GET UNLOADED I WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MY HOUSE. it's aggravating that we have to wait so long to get unloaded and doors are open
