Replacing our old A/C unit was an ordeal we dreaded to take on. Until……David and his crew at Refrigeration Rescue made the process so simple. From the consultation, estimate, order and installation of our new unit. It honestly felt like we had family taking care of our needs. Truly some of the nicest young men we have ever met. If you ever have a chance to use any of the services that David and his team provide, we highly recommend them. It was a true pleasure dealing with this company.

I was at a loss when my a/c system stopped cooling. I referred by a family member and Refrigeration Rescue were amazing. The owner, even though out of town, reached out immediately and even though I live in Georgia, had someone to my house the same day who repaired my non working system. That level of service is rarely seen these days. I appreciate this owner and company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Refrigeration rescue has no hvac license in Georgia, no HVAC license in North Carolina, no refrigeration license in North Carolina. This is not a reputable company. They have not completed the work charged for on numerous customers in North Carolina and Georgia. This company has been reported to the HVAC and Refrigeration board in North Carolina for violations. Do not trust this company.
