Rang these guys in relation to a caravan aiconditioner warranty issue. Problem sorted straightaway and Josh and the team were so helpful. Thankyou so much.
Caravan air conditioner problem was identified and repaired in one day. Very friendly and professional and we really appreciated the prompt repair as we were travelling at the time.
Caravan Repairer said he'd only replace the air con at $4000 but did give me the name of Refrigelec. Rang up and made an appt. They were so pleasant and when I arrived I was surprised to see it's a commercial fridge and electricians company. Josh came out and started on the problem straight away. Half a day later, presto, fixed. Had to go back a week later for some tweeking but everything is fine and air con is so good. It's so good to deal with a professional company and I saved a lot of money (that I didn't have 🤑).
Had a problem with our caravan air-conditioning...these guys were absolutely amazing at sorting it out. They just persisted and persisted and eventually found the problem. Special thanks to Josh and Nick for their problem solving skills that have saved us from a hot summer in the van! Very Highly Recommended
