We have two of their machines at work and they are constantly malfunctioning. I don't know what it is but the drink machine seem to be flawed by design. I tend to always get stuck and then an overfill of other people buying drinks causes them to fall into the bin below. This machine will sit like this for almost a month before anyone services it.
