Mr. Eaton is a great businessman! It was a pleasure to work with him!! 10/10 recommend!
I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have paid my entire contract fee and the pool was started in 2021 and completed in 2022, but the pool has still not passed inspection. Administrative assistance had changed over the past year but this has not helped. There is an electrical problem currently and nothing has been fixed. I have called the company and get no response. Please go elsewhere if you want to put in a pool.
We highly recommend Refreshing Pools and Spas. Good communication and he truly cares about his customers and builds beautiful pools!
It was definitely a negative experience having my pool installed by this company. I was told my project would be started and completed within 60 days. It took 6 months. Unprofessional concrete people worked for him. I came home from lunch to check on the progress of the pool after having to call several times asking when people would be there to keep the project going.
