Great treatment! Owner was super helpful and explained everything. It was my first acupuncture treatment but she made it so easy! Everything is clean and calming and the treatment was very relaxing!! I did the facial rejuvenation + LED light therapy treatment. It’s tailored to your needs and skin type and they make sure to check in with you and go at your pace. I was a little afraid of all the needles before we began but it was so easy and really just felt like a little tap!

If I could give 10 stars to Kate for the colon hydrotherapy she provided to my 84 year old mother, I would! Words cannot ever express the care she gave, the knowledge she has and shared with my mom and me, and the extra time she took to make sure that my mother felt comfortable, safe and in control of the process. Kate is not only a true professional, but a kind and caring provider. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to care for their body in a safe and holistic way.
Refresh is a cozy escape from the bustle of Boston. Walking in from a January snowstorm, I was instantly transported to a state of ease. Kate’s extensive knowledge and genuine passion for health is truly refreshing. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Highly recommend!
