My college age daughter and I took the Mon 7a class w Wendy and we loved her teaching. I have a fair amount of yoga experience but my daughter is more of a newbie. We both found W easy to follow and enjoyed the options she used w blocks and variations of challenge. She took the time to welcome us when we arrived and to check in w us at the end. A wonderful yoga and martial arts studio located on beautiful King Street in Alexandria. The yoga and jiu jitsu instruction are excellent and best part is, when class is done, you're in the heart of King Street and can head right to your favorite coffee spot, restaurant, or down to the water!

I tried the Mindful Movement class today and it was just what my body needed! The instructor was great and I definitely plan to go back again next week!
