I'm a returning customer who's utilizing many of their services, visiting at least twice a month over the past year and a half. I've purposely withheld my review until now to fairly assess not only my experiences but to see if the staff and their services were consistent. They are consistent. Did it feel good? Yes. Was it a good experience overall? No. Avoid booking online. When we arrived at our scheduled time, the front desk receptionist looked confused—they had double-booked our appointment. Fortunately, the other group chose to walk around the mall while they waited. The facial itself felt nice, but the overall experience was frustrating. I don’t understand how anyone could ever say anything negative about this establish. I’ve been going to Refresh 2-3 a month for a couple of years now and it’s the only place I’ll ever go. Sarah is such a wonderful person as well as the rest of the staff. I’ve always had superb massages, no matter who did it.
