5 stars for the chair massage!
I don’t understand how anyone could ever say anything negative about this establishment. I’ve been going to Refresh 2-3 times a month for a couple of years now. It’s the only place I’ll ever go. Sarah is such a wonderful person as well as the rest of the staff. I’ve always had superb massages, no matter who did it.
Been a client there since they opened. Though I have a few favorites, all of the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The facilities are clean, quiet and relaxing.
Best massage if you need a true massage. If you want a skin massage not needing the muscle massage, this may not be the place for you. They will quickly knead sore and tight muscles. You may be a bit sore because they pushed some lactic burning acid out. To heal better, drink lots of water to flood the toxins out. I go here for the gentleman that really works on your back. The women are too soft. I am a stress out physically teacher and need them to work out the kinks in my back.
Nice place .. we got a couples massage therapist really don't speak English well and also very rough . My shoulder area is very sore to touch . Now my husband feels wonderful , me not so much .
