Absolutely terrible! The stylist I saw didn't put natural looking highlights in my hair as requested. She put literal thick, bold stripes in my hair. It looked so ridiculous that I had to go to a different salon to have it fixed, so it cost double the money! And when I called to complain to the owner, I received a voicemail & she never had the courtesy to return my call! Outrageous! I will NEVER, EVER recommend this salon to ANYONE!
I am so thrilled to have found this salon. Gloria is amazing. She listens to what I want and delivers an amazing style that is easy to do at home until my next appointment. The entire salon has a great, upbeat vibe. Very friendly and no -judgmental.
