I phoned a roofer from Salisbury as I needed a quote on some roof repairs still have not heard back was about 3 weeks ago - must have to much money
I had my roof replaced, and it leaked. I counted the manager of Myhouseimprovements, and nothing was done to repair the leak. So far, there warranty is useless. I should not need to take legal action to get their faulty work fixed
Terrible experience. Would not stop calling me and kept awakening me from my slumber. Now I am tired and worn out and I've had enough. Don't know how these creeps even got my number but I'm fed up with it.
Reece and his team were great to work with, easy to talk to, gave us time to discuss options and provided great advice. Reece's communication with us was of a high standard from the very start, throughout the time leading up to and even after the job was completed. The workmanship was of a high quality and we would recommend this company to anyone.
I am extremely pleased with the professional work and finished result of my tiled roof, timber deck and insulated patio roof. Reece was very easy to work with and understanding with any of my requests. I will definitely be recommending Refresh Roof and Restorations to neighbours , friends and family.
