This review is for Refresh's quoting process, which I didn't have a great experience with. I was looking a bathroom renovation quote, and Refresh charged $440 to do a detailed "feasibility report". But what i received was a expensive quote lacking in details. After I complained, they did rectify the report. But by then it was weeks later, and i had shopped around and signed with another provider. From the quote I got, I’d say Refresh is expensive. 33-38k was the range they quoted. 5 stars- beautiful work, professional and reliable service and no hidden costs etc. very transparent and minimal stress. We recently had our sun room converted into outdoor balcony with beautiful wood decking and customised screen doors installed. They consulted with body corporate on my behalf and saved me so much time and stress.
