When I applied for the gas heating I wasn't sure as floorboards had to be taken up. However, Pippa went above and beyond to convince me that it was the right way to go and I am now benefiting hugely from her advice. She genuinely cared. I reported a boiler fault at 12.35 on Tuesday 6th. Mark and Wayne were here by 14.30, unfortunately they didn't have the part required but by 13.30 the next day Chris arrived and had my boiler up and running, Refresh NI and their engineers couldn't have been more professional and approachable a big thanks to everyone I was in contact with. Refresh NI were booked to convert my domestic heating from oil to gas, and to put new insulation in the loft and install roof vent tiles. A team of 5 workmen arrived promptly on the appointed day, and carried out the plumbing, and electrical work efficiently on a freezing cold day. Every one of the team were polite and helpful and I would highly recommend them.
Three guys worked hard all day, never stopped. They were all pleasant and helpful. Cleaned up afterwards and everything went smoothly
