I wish I could give this place a fairer review, but what happened tonight was unacceptable. I arrived for my 6:15pm ClassPass appointment (booked five hours earlier) for a collagen gel pedicure the day before Thanksgiving. As soon as I walked in, I was met with immediate attitude from an employee who I believe is the owner. She told me, “We’re closing at 6, we made a decision,” as if my confirmed appointment was an inconvenience to her. I arrived in NY for a short Broadway show birthday celebration with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Two of us decided to get mani and pedis. We walked into refresh and the team was so kind. They asked us to wait 10 mins which we gladly did. Then I met Maria she was going to be the one to take care of my hands and feet.
