I had an overall amazing experience with the ladie's/nurses customer service skills. Brooke and Susie were on my care team. Amazing hospitality and explaining answers to the questions I had. Not a rushed experience and it was painless. Thankyou ladies at Refresh Med Spa.
First, I called SUPER last minute to ask for an appointment (first time patient) and they were so accommodating. I came in for a full syringe of lip filler. Whatever numbing agent they use was 10/10, I barely felt ANYTHING. They were super thorough in the preparation— making sure I fully voiced the results I was looking for.
