I have been trying for two weeks to get them to call me back and I get nothing. 3 months ago I was in for my initial consult, then the digital impression. The process for my out of network insurance was started through a third party that bills in network. 2-3 weeks with no communication, but I finally got notice that my insurance approved my treatment. 2-3 weeks later, I am still leaving voicemails with their system trying to get a call back. Update: a few hours after posting this review, the admin manager reached out to me to find out more details about my experience. She said she will address the situation with clinical staff. My experience with Refresh Dental in Bentonville, AR has been frustrating. The process of getting the recommended sleep oral device has gone on much longer than it should have.
