ERRIN WAS VERY GOOD IN DEMONSTRATING THE ORAL DEVICE, EXPLAINING HOW IT WAS ADJUSTED & HOW IT WAS MADE. SHE WAS VERY GOOD IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS & GOING OVER FINANCIAL PART.
Great experience at Refresh Dental! The team is incredibly professional and takes the time to explain every detail of your treatment. I really appreciated their expertise in sleep dentistry and how they simplify complex issues. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment with them on 2 October 2025 (nearly 6 months ago now) to begin the process of getting a dental appliance for my sleep apnea. I have heard nothing from them about the next steps in the process or what is going on. I have contacted them numerous times since the appointment and have gotten no response.
I am a 61 year old female. I snored very loudly so went on a Cpap machine. I fought with the Cpap nightly, it was bulky, left marks on my face for half of the next day and the machine was hard to travel on a motorcycle with because of its size. I had a checkup with the sleep Dr and asked if there was anything smaller that I could try. She sent me to refresh dental for their appliance. I absolutely LOVE it! I could not be more pleased with out first time experience at Refresh Dental. Errin Slinkard was extremely helpful. We were so impressed with her knowledge and her ability to articulate the information about the oral appliance I'm being fitted for. Dr Dietz did a thorough explanation of what I am needing and why I need it and what I should to occur. I am very satisfied with my first visit.
