The staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate good service.
This was my second visit to this office and I have decided to not return. I'm not sure if it's because it's located in an area where there are a lot of minorities and think is not necessary to provide great service but the lack of customer service and professionalism is kind of unbelievable! Needless to say I was on time for a 10:30am appointment and it ended at 1:30pm and required services for my routine visit were not able to be accommodated because the dentist was unavailable to finish my appointment!
The customer service is good. The wait time is very long. There aren’t usually any seats available in the waiting room. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 I was not called to the back until 4:00.
