Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean, but almost too cold. The girls work efficiently and schedule away in advance so that you have an appointment.
I have been going to Refresh Dental Alliance Ohio for 10 years! All the staff are extremely nice! Tamara Dental hygienist is very thorough and cares for her patients! The only thing it’s not as personal when you have to sign in on the kiosk and do all your paper work on line!
I had a chipped tooth. Got an appointment right away. They assessed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Made an appointment for the next day! Again in less than an hour I was on my way home with lunch!! Fast friendly a good experience!
I am so disappointed in this place. I would like a refund for the crown I paid for and didn't get. I won't be back you are only about money. The dentist hardly talks to you at all. Not happy at all won't be back.
Tamera is great, the kiosk not so much.
