As far as waxing is concerned, you get both ends of the spectrum here. On one hand, there's calm, pleasant, professional and charismatic Holly. Does her job as advertised. Then there's Heather, who will rush through your appointment like her ride is waiting. She will miss patches, rough you up, talk unprompted about how she doesn't care, and earn herself a bad review for her trouble.

I had the most incredible experience this was my first time here and I got the massage, and express facial I was treated so gently and I felt as if I was treated with the utmost care and I had the most amazing massage therapist, then I had an express facial and she educated me about the products she was using along the way and what would work best for my skin, included a massage of shoulders neck, it was incredible!
