I’ll start with this, I got multiple services, and my estheticians were all professional and sweet. That being said here are some additional thoughts that knocked the rating down for me. Massage: provider Lauryn- very relaxing massage. I almost fell asleep. Heated table and warm blanket. I wasn’t asked about any of my focus areas before beginning and we covered arms, legs and back. Holly. Esthetician extraordinare. Waxer of the highest calibre. Very comfortable to work with. She reads the room, doesn't rush, and is a gem. Highly recommended. Brazilian was a good decision.
I had a gc my daughter gave me because the last time I went, the facial was amazing. The woman was so awesome. Unfortunately I was told she was no longer there. They booked me with Amy and I expressed that I wanted a quiet relaxing experience. She was very nice, but less talking, less product pushing would have been nice. Plus everytime she talked she'd pause what she was doing. Sorry, I won't be back.
