Had my carpet cleaned by another company, Sept 2022' after 4 days, was still damp and smelt musky. I rang Refresh Carpet spoke to Michael. He came out the following day, cleaned the carpet, was dry in a couple of hours and NO musky smell. Recently needed bedroom carpets cleaned, Refesh Carpet came, cleaned the carpets. He was on time, got straight into cleaning the carpets. Once again did an amazing job. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Friendly, professional service. They were informative about the process and drying time. Prior to the service, they were very responsive to emails and happy to answer all questions. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them.
Michael got my white lounge looking brand new again! Very friendly whilst remaining professional, will be recommending him to everyone and rebooking very soon
