My dad had an excellent experience with his eye doctor yesterday. The doctor took so much time during the visit, answered all of our questions, and made sure my dad felt comfortable. He was incredibly kind, provided outstanding customer service, and truly showed genuine care and compassion for his patients. We highly recommend him!
I was sent to Dr. Olsen by my Opthamologist for a low vision evaluation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Olsen was friendly and professional. Dr. Olsen anwsered all my questions throughout the testing. This office is a great addition to Idahofalls. Thank you Dr. Olsen and staff for all you help. 🙏🏼
Dr. Jaren Olsen was so kind and knowledgeable. He took his time with me to address any of my concerns. Marie the receptionist is also very knowledgeable and has a super upbeat, kind and positive demeanor. Awesome office for your eye care needs!
Everything from the facility, environment, and staff were exceptional. The facility was excellent. The environment was welcoming, non cluttered, and well organized. The equipment was state of the art and very clean. The exam was thorough, and not rushed. It was very clear that the optometrist values his clients and works purposefully to ensure that the patients needs are meet. This is definitely a clinic I would highly recommend!
I’ve never had an eye doctor appointment as fast and as easy as I had at Reframed Eye! Walked in and was invited straight back to begin my appointment. The Doctor and The lady who runs the front desk were very friendly and easy to talk to. She helped me pick out my new glasses and was very helpful. 10/10 experience!
