I love SUP yoga with Debbie! She is a fantastic teacher. I started with her as a total newbie and fell in love with being on the water and doing mindful yoga flows. It’s a wonderful and safe way to experience the Long Island Sound in such a beautiful setting. I highly recommend for anyone interested. You’re in great hands with Debbie and her team of mermaids!
I felt part of the mermaid squad instantly. Deb is the best SUP Yoga teacher. Her knowledge of the anatomy of the body as well as her yoga teaching is out of this world. I highly recommend spending a morning or afternoon with her and her mermaids.
