Friendly & professional staff, and very reasonable prices for blood tests! It's not easy to find or well-marked, though, if you enter the wrong doors. This is in the basement of the city building. It's easiest to park on Wilson Avenue north of the building, use the big main glass entry on the north end of the building, go down the steps & enter through the unmarked door right of center, and go right to get to the check-in desk & waiting area.
The gal at the front desk was incredibly nice, calling to help me find my way inside (building is a bit confusing). My doctor did not limit my time with me. She had read up on my chart beforehand to get to know me and made sure to thoroughly address my concerns
Quoted for a lab, then had the lab completed. Went to the front desk and was charged almost triple the amount. More than Mayo charges for the same lab. They will not submit to insurance, and it’s been a 4 month process since then to get it submitted. Never going back. Do not recommend.
I wouldn't take a dog to these incompetents. Don't waste your time or money on these horse doctors.
