I’ve only been once but will be back again. The staff was nice and my doctor, Carly, was amazing!!! I’m a tough personality and she was empathetic and answered all questions and gave me info when appropriate. She was gentle and caring without being judgmental. I have had many bad experiences with medical staff over the years, it’s true about women and healthcare even amongst female providers but I did not feel that here at all. I felt seen and Carly took her time with me. 10/10 recommend.
Everyone at the Menomonie clinic is very helpful. Dr Westphal is very knowledgeable and attentive. Sam did the unthinkable by going above and beyond to advocate for me when I needed help navigating the minefield of bureaucracy outside of ReforMedicine to help get my cpap. I am very grateful for everyone at ReforMedicine. I recommend them to all!!
Extremely disappointed with Reform Medicine. I booked a 9:45 AM blood lab appointment on May 6th, confirmed by text, with multiple reminders for 9:45 AM this morning. Took PTO, woke up early, arrived on time, only to be told I was expected at 9 AM because they don’t do tests after 9 AM. When I arrived they told me to check my phone for a rescheduling, and I saw they left a voicemail at 8:50 AM—10 minutes before 9 AM, when I was still asleep.
