Man alive! This was the massage that I needed. The deep tissue work and loosening knots I didn’t even know about was A Huge surprise and worth it, having those spots broken up. I’ll definitely go back.
I see Ashia every other week for super deep tissue and lymphatic massage. Today I was super tight in my lower extremities, so we had a reformation stretch session. It hurt but it was so effective.
