I see Ashia every other week for super deep tissue and lymphatic massage. Today I was super tight in my lower extremities, so we had a reformation stretch session. It hurt but it was so effective. I was loose all day. My range of motion increased and I know I’m going to sleep like a baby. Book an appointment today. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to her monthly for over 2 years now. It's one of the best things I have done for myself to keep my body going and prevent headaches and neck/shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all the time. She doesn't do fluffy massages she knows the body and gets in there to fix what needs fixin

I visited Aisha here at Reformation with a sciatic issue and she went to work immediately. She used techniques and positions no one else had and was able to loosen up my hip and subsequently my glutes to let go of that nerve. It was definitely on my last nerve and Aisha was god-sent with relief! Thank you.

Ashia is the best of the best! I cannot recommend her enough! I am definitely a regular. It is worth the drive from Elgin every single time!!
