I have been doing Pilates for a couple of months. I try to go twice per week. At first Pilates were very hard for me, but as I continue to do them the exercises have become a somewhat easier. I am also feeling stronger. I cannot say enough about how great of an instructor Christine is. Her studio has 6 Pilates reformer beds and it is small enough that she can watch everyone and correct us to make sure we are not hurting our bodies. I always feel better when I leave than when I began class. I highly recommend this studio.
This place is so amazing I just cried because I'm so grateful. Christine greatly cares about your experience here and it shows. She is kind, a very well trained instructor and her studio has a wonderful energy. As a business owner myself I truly appreciated the care and instruction she provided me today. After years of bad experiences I finally found my Pilates home. I can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!
I am new to pilates and I really love it. Christine is knowledgeable and very attentive to make sure I am learning the correct movement and hold positions which ensure the best results. So far I have had 4 private lessons to get comfortable on all the equipment and look forward to joining a group class next week. Stay tuned 😊
