Our small intimate class setting enables us to maintain a high level of integrity. Every class offered at Reform is taught with mindful movement as the most important aspect. I have been going to this studio for 5 months. I love it. Today I took the foam rolling class with Alicia. It was such a good class, I feel better than I have in a year.
If you are in the CDA area and need to get your Pilates fix, this is the studio for you. Airy space, attentive teacher (Jeanna and I am guessing she is also the owner) and great class. Worked every muscle without too fast a tempo or crazy weird moves. Just right.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! What an amazing group of (mostly) women, lifting each other up. The instructors all truly care about your health and proper form, which is huge. I love the barre and reformer classes. I didn't know how bad my form was until I came here, and the instructors' adjustments are truly helping my "old lady - over 40 yrs old" body. This is such a great place to get high-quality workouts in under an hour from instructors who really care about you and want to make the experience fun. Every class is great and, just two months in, I'm already seeing and feeling some fabulous results! 100% recommend!
Today I set up a private Aerial Silk's class for a bachelorette party. We all had such an amazing time! Will definitely join some of the regular classes during the week, and would strongly recommend for any party event or just for fun! Thank's so much for delivering such a good party for the bride to be!
