I want Jemima and other patients to know I've suffered from trauma from her for over 5 years now. I had an appointment I rescheduled twice three weeks ahead (my grandmother died around this time, so I kept having to fly to texas), in which when I finally showed up for that appointment, we spoke for a few minutes before the call dropped. Was great for years… now told no longer taking Medicare and then when I tried to submit my secondary, Aetna, they say it’s invalid. Which according to my insurance, which is paid 6 months ahead, is not true as it is very active. Then, told they don’t do ESAs anymore when the website clearly stated they do. Went through card authorization to scheduling an appointment, for the assistant to call back later and say this. Such a waste of time. They should at least be on the same page.

I usually don’t have an issue with this place. However my last appointment I was promised a prescription refill that was not actually given. I think it’s an honest mistake however I am having the HARDEST time trying to get this office to correct their mistake and give me the refills that were discussed during my visit. I was told to make another appointment just to speak about the damn issue. Not good service!
