I had a great experience visiting Reform Bike Fit and was extremely impressed by Nicky’s approach. Nicky’s elite sport background, and her clinical ‘body mechanics’ knowledge, was the reason why I selected Reform Health for a much needed bike fit review, & I wasn’t disappointed. The whole process was insightful, supported by a thorough fact finding on my background & in particular what I wanted to achieve from my cycling. A physical assessment was followed by the on the bike review, which together identified the changes / alterations / tweaks needed to be made. I would highly recommend Nicky.

This was my first professional bike fit and I found Nicky via a recommendation from 2 Wheels Only bike shop in Tamworth. I got there at 4pm, didn't leave until gone 9pm, and enjoyed every minute.
