I spent a wet winter evening in the studio with Nikki. She spotted things from the second I pushed my bike through the door, she knew exactly where I'd be feeling pain just from looking at my height and existing setup. 4hrs later I was shown a before and after and my position was changed remarkably. She gave me tips and tricks that extended far beyond the service I was expecting, and even broke out a few tools to get my bike singing like a new build. I went for a TT bike fit at Reform Health and the knowledge and detail Nicky goes into is far beyond any bike fit I’ve had previously. I learned things I never remotely consider that would impact performance, and more importantly why certain positions caused certain improvements/hinderances and the impact it has on your personally, with such detailed explanations. Whether you’re a performance racer or just ride for fun, I can’t recommend this highly enough. Absolutely brilliant service.

My experience with Nicky was fantastic. I booked in for a bike fit and was super impressed with the results. I had a few issues troubling me on the bike and she explained different reasoning behind the pain I was having. Her attention to detail is incredible and it now feels like I have a completely different bike and one that actually fits me. Aside from her expertise, she was also a joy to chat to!

Had a comprehensive bike fit with Nicky and it was better than I could have hoped. It turns out the way I set up my bike for myself was far from ideal and causing me pain. Now it’s like a completely different bike and I cannot wait to see its (and my) potential this weekend now that I know it is properly set up. Nicky was so patient and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Thank you very much!
