Went to see Nicky today at reform health for a bike fit. I've previously struggled to find a comfortable position on the bike, which has certainly limited my enjoyment on the bike. As a runner I am looking to commit to the bike this summer to improve the aerobic base. I had a comprehensive bike fit with Nicky last night, and would absolutely recommend anyone considering a bike fit to give Nicky a call! Nicky has outstanding expertise and knowledge in this field - She is extremely knowledgeable both in the biomechanics of the body and how this translates to how you should look & feel on the bike.
