Would 100 per cent recommend Nicky ♀️ I can hand on heart say that opting for a bike fit with her was one of the best decisions I’ve made in terms of my cycling performance and comfort. In just one session she made adjustments that instantly improved my riding posture, peddling efficiency and overall enjoyment And enjoyment’s why we do it, right? It’s not meant to be torture! Went to see Nicky today at reform health for a bike fit. I've previously struggled to find a comfortable position on the bike, which has certainly limited my enjoyment on the bike. As a runner I am looking to commit to the bike this summer to improve the aerobic base.
