As a beginner, I was definitely intimidated to come here, but Anna D. made the experience so comfortable. She took the time to make sure I could follow along properly and always encouraged me throughout the class. Her positive energy made a huge difference, and I left feeling more confident and excited to keep coming back!

I really wanted to love this place, because I love lagree and it’s the only place around the Buffalo area, but I was so disappointed. The music was so unbelievably loud, I literally couldn’t hear a word the instructor was saying. I had to just look around at other people. I also never got my form corrected, and don’t think I noticed anyone else get their form corrected either. Lagree is an amazing workout for sure, but I was just so stressed with the noise level in here that I will probably not be returning.

Nice place. Very welcoming to beginners. Edit: I’ve been going for a few months now. Some instructors are really great for beginners and will give form corrections. Some instructors do not. If you are trying this for the first time, talk to the instructor first and request guidance if you are lost. I ask a lot of form questions before and after class. It takes time to get used to the pace but it’s a really nice workout.
