Enzo was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond.
Rico was very personable. He was patient and knowledgeable and educated me on the product without making me feel pressured.
Installer was on time, polite, and professional! Working by himself on day 2 (day 1, he had assist in removing old floor, cleaning up, and putting down AP), laying tile ... finished job looks great! Very satisfied, and a previous customer from a few years ago!
