This was really hard to rate. The install job looks great (time will tell how it holds up), but there were several serious unexpected inconveniences, frustrations, and communication issues working with Refloor. The entire customer experience working with Refloor was unnecessarily frustrating. We had 3 plus rooms of LPV installed in a 130 yr old house. Great experience from start to finish. Trevor did a great job coordinating the job. The installers were great and Charles helped us select the best flooring to fit our home. We love our new floors.
