Wow! Dan Mcfarland with Refloor came to our home this evening and was here for 3 hours! Not because of pressure but simply because we had so many questions! His knowledge and patience was unmatched! My husband is normally the one who likes to get multiple estimates before making a big decision but even he knew that this was the Best decision! We are BOTH confident in this and can't wait to enjoy our new floors!!! Thanks again Dan!
Erica was prompt to the appointment. She was curtious and respectful of my time. She was knowledgeable of the product. She did not mind my questions, as they did interrupt her train of thought. It was nice having a female sales rep as some of my questions She understood as a male would need further explaining... I actually made a new friend. Win win...
