My background was in footcare nursing (no longer practicing) and have been providing reflexology since 2002. Registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada as a Registered Reflexology Therapist. Some insurance companies now cover this therapy.

Heather is very kind and caring and her treatments are wonderful. She has a lot of knowledge about healing. I always look forward to my sessions with her and come away feeling very relaxed.
