Caroleen is a very good instructor, she has a lot of knowledge. I had tried yoga before but I didn't feel connected. I started Caroleen’s classes and I loved her. she teaches us to know our body and the most important thing is that she gives us that confidence with knowledge of each of the exercises. I can see the progress Between each class and my body can feel it .
