When I first called Lisa I thought it was for a foot massage. She explained to me how reflexology really works and it has been so much more...she has been working with me now for a while to help with my gallbladder and stress. After a few sessions I have experienced relief from my gallbladder pain and the stress relief has allowed me better sleep. I heard reflexology could have major benefits but until I found Lisa all others were only a foot massage.

I have never experienced reflexology before and Lisa was great at explaining it to me so I understood it. I walked in with a new found love for reflexology. My went in because I was looking for stress relief and I walked out feeling so much better for days. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to try something different.
