I wasn't sure what to expect from a reflexology session. I booked with Marie after attending her essential oil class where she explain how to put oils on the feet. I just had major surgery on my feet and she was so gentle, yet effective (I lost 1.5 lbs after the session). The tops of my toes actually hurt while she was doing the session but didn't hurt prior.
