This place was great nice pool hot tub sonna work out space my only complaint is the bathrooms like there needs to be a shared gender washroom and family one this day and age that was annoying I was trying to help my girl friend and like I had to do it In a way where no one can see us inconvenient they need to add one

Great fitness studio for people who like a casual, relaxed atmosphere. I'm not training for anything, just need a place to quietly work out with a goal of increasing fitness and mobility. Things have gotten to sedentary with the pandemic. Reflexions had everything I wanted, and was reasonably priced without a long term commitment.
