I hate to leave a bad review, But I was really sore for a week or two after after and felt way worse than when I came in to get a massage. Massage was very rough and aggressive and a lot of knocking on my bones. This is at his private home/ private property. Very expensive prices. Abel is one of the most educated people I've ever met for personal wellness. I came to him having multiple issues many of which ranged from poor footwear choice and stress issues.
