Very knowledgeable and provide great customer service.
I called Tarek hoping to transfer all my prescription drugs to this company. I asked for a price of one of my medicines and was quoted $21 more of what I am charged currently by my pharmacist. $2 to $5 is tolerable but not this much considering my current pharmacy is just 7 kms away. The reason I wanna move is due to proximity. Kind of disappointing.
The pharmacist (Tarek I believe) is a star. Took time with me to ask questions(sometimes with persistence) to get to the root cause of my injury. Provided recommendations on how to prevent it in the future.
Dr. Tarek has been always very helpful and kind. Been coming here for the last 4 years and every time he has been very soft spoken, kind and helpful. May God bless his soul.
It's a very personalized experience. Tarek is genuinely interested in the health of his customers. Have always had great customer service at Reflex. Giving 4 stars because it's a small operation, so at times you'll have to wait a few minutes to be served.
