I cannot begin to describe how much Alan has helped me with multiple injures and chronic issues as well as how much I have learned from him. I love and need to live an active lifestyle (Crossfit, running, youth cross country coaching). Allan is amazing! I’ve ever been to a sports massage therapist before and the whole experience has been wonderful. He’s fixed my shoulder pain that I’ve had for over 10 YEARS that doctors, x-rays, and MRI couldn’t fix! Very knowledgeable and always learning more for his patients.
Alan went above and beyond in showing me exercises specific to my issues. He also followed through with a lot of support through email of various links and videos to the work we did. Great therapist! Also he’s personable and fun to talk with.
