WORST PLACE TO GET A ENGINE REBUILD IN THE WORLD!!!! I had a full engine rebuild in 2017 over 4 weeks with no problems until my car started significant smoking, burning oil with me having to fill oil nearly every week 5 years later 74,000 km! I went back to Reflex early '24 to have them check what was going on. Peter the mechanic said looks like a few things might be going on so he sent me off with jobs to fill with 1 litre oil and write down kilometres with each fill. This went on for 6 mths. He reinstalled it without resealing & it started leaking within 50km, so, because it was leaking he had to change the gasket. He charged me for the under-engine cover falling off, Peter telling him I must have gone over a speed hump. I’ve had my low-profile car for 22 years and know not to drive fast over speed humps but him having the cover off when it was up on a hoist a month prior was ignored.
